My name is Ash Ratta and am excited to announce that I have joined Keller William Cornerstone Realty Family. I did my undergrad from Delhi University and came to USA to pursue further education and completed my MBA majoring in Finance in 1989. After which I worked in the corporate world for few years before starting my own business in apparel industry. I had been in this business for past 30+ years and it was time for a change. I joined real estate because I always “loved” it. I had bought and sold both residential as well as commercial properties in the past in my personal capacity but then I recently decided to get my Real Estate license and help people with their first home, vacation home or even with investment properties.
I have my friends asking me about investment properties when I discussed about my own so then it was time for me to get a Real Estate license. I remember how proud and happy I felt when I bought my first home some 23 years back. I had a sense of accomplishment, coming to this country with not much means but just pure values which till date has been very important to me. From there on it was one after other opportunities that came along. Now I look forward to helping those that are starting a family buying their first home or someone who is looking for an investment property to have some rental income or someone upsizing, downsizing, moving, or even retiring.
